Tsing-Ma bridge. Hong Kong. 1.4 km bridge supported by two 215 m towers and world’s largest cables, and Kap-Shui bridge which is the world’s longest cable-stay bridge. Links Hong Kong mainland with its new airport. Viewed as a dynamic urban sculpture enhanced by light. Architectural lighting design concept development, illumination engineering and diachroic color specifications. Computer visualizations to explore nighttime impact on harbor traffic and possible aircraft disorientation.
